Dish Name: Spinotta Pizza
Description: Whether you’re a “crispy corner” lover or a cheesy, “middle piece” lover, this traditional, thin crust pizza is sure to please. This pizza dough is made fresh each morning. It is layered with fresh sauce, pepperoni, spinach, hand-sliced zucchini, yellow squash, fresh garlic, spinach, ricotta cheese and 100 percent whole milk mozzarella. The pizza comes with pepperoni or vegetarian. While waiting for the pizza to be prepared, enjoy the beer battered appetizers. The pizzas are handmade from beginning to end in Bakers Pride ovens for the crispiest crust.

If you go to the original J. Christopher's PIzza and Pasta in Kingwood, you will notice that after 28 years, they have a new look and a new menu.
The owner's daughter, Anne Brennan Collier, and her husband, Coby, took over the restaurant in January and have made changes to the menu and the decor.

A New Look on an Classic Restaurant
“The Original” J. Christopher’s Pizza-Pasta, is celebrating 28 years serving as Kingwood’s first family restaurant with a new-updated look keeping the same famous touch intact.
J. Christopher’s has been in the Brennan family since 1980 and it is now owned by Anne Brennan Collier and her husband Coby.
Specialties include homemade pizza and Italian sausage shipped from the windy city of Chicago. Other menu items are prepared using original recipes from the first day J. Christopher’s opened, such as zesty homemade alfredo sauce, chicken parmesan and finger-licking burgers, which are uniquely named after some of the villages throughout Kingwood.
The food is not only the thing J. Christopher highlights at the eatery. Faithful employees with years of experience fill the restaurant with an upbeat attitude to match the positive working environment.
“Come in for a delightful lunch or dinner,” said the Colliers. “Our staff is happy to serve you and will make sure you have an enjoyable experience.” J. Christopher’s is open Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. with a delivery and pick up option.
